Raspberry Pistachio Brownie Trifle

Starting with Pillsbury™ Baked Brownies pieces, fresh raspberries, mascarpone cheese and pistachios, this trifle is an easy and upscale dessert option.

Prep
  1. Invert frozen brownie sheet and remove parchment paper; cut into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Allow to thaw completely.
Whipped Mascarpone
  1. Add mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract to a food processor or blender.
  2. Mix for 1 minute or until fully combined and smooth.
  3. Transfer to covered container and refrigerate until needed.
Raspberry Puree
  1. Add raspberries and powdered sugar to food processor or blender; mix until smooth.
  2. Transfer to covered container and refrigerate until needed.
Pistachio Butter
  1. Add pistachios to food processor or blender; pulse until finely chopped, approx. 30 seconds - 1 minute.
  2. Remove 1 cup of pistachios for Assembly.
  3. Add oil to remaining pistachios and continue blending until smooth.
Assembly
  1. Add 5 brownie pieces to glass/clear serving dish.
  2. Top with 1 Tbsp Whipped Mascarpone, 1 Tbsp Raspberry Puree and 1 Tbsp Pistachio Butter.
  3. Sprinkle on approx. 1 tsp reserved chopped pistachios and serve cold.

  • Add orange zest to Whipped Mascarpone or use as a garnish if desired for a pop of color and flavor.

  • You can substitute softened cream cheese for mascarpone cheese if desired. Note nutrition information may change.
