Prep
  1. Bake croissants according to package directions; allow to cool completely.
  2. Cut croissants in half horizontally.
Assembly
  1. Combine mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl; spread 1 Tbsp on each cut side of the croissant pieces.
  2. Place 2.5 oz ham on the bottom croissant piece; layer on 1 slice cheese, 2.5 oz turkey and the remaining croissant piece.
  3. Cook on lightly greased panini press preheated to 350°F; press closed and cook approx. 4-6 minutes until cheese is melted and meat is warm.
Finishing
  1. Dust each sandwich lightly with powdered sugar and serve with approx. 2 Tbsp (1 oz) raspberry jam on the side.
