Biscuits
Add beer to mixing bowl. Add remaining biscuit ingredients to mixing bowl and mix using a rubber spatula for 30 strokes or until soft dough forms. Do not overmix.
Deposit dough using a #30 scoop onto greased or parchment-lined full sheet pans in a 4 x 6 pattern.
Bake as directed below and allow to cool.

*Rotate pans baked in convection oven one-half turn (180°) after 3 minutes of baking.
Assembly
Slice biscuits in half horizontally; add a 1/2 tsp of Thousand Island dressing onto both cut sides of the biscuits.
Add 1 cooked hamburger patty to biscuit bottom.
Layer on 1 cheese slice, 2 tomato slices and 0.25 oz shredded lettuce.
Place top half of biscuit on and serve warm.
