Kañiwa Protein Strawberry Pomegranate Smoothie

Quinoa's cousin, kañiwa, joins Yoplait® ParfaitPro® Greek Vanilla Yogurt in a fruity smoothie.

Applesauce, unsweetened, chilled

Strawberries, fresh, sliced

Pomegranate juice, chilled

1/4 cup
Kañiwa, cooked, cooled
8 oz
1 1/2 cups
  1. Place all ingredients in large capacity blender (or prepare in batches).
  2. Blend on high speed 1 minute; stop blender.
  3. Scrape down sides with spatula; blend an additional 30 seconds or until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.
  4. Pour 6 ounces into each of 17, 8-oz cups; serve immediately.
