Associate Culinary Manager Nick Jones leads a team of chefs for Custom Food Solutions that focuses on meeting the unique needs of foodservice partners with bespoke culinary solutions.
Prior to joining General Mills Foodservice in 2023, Chef Nick gained 10 years of professional growth with a large protein manufacturer that’s home to dozens of global brands. Most recently serving as an executive chef, Chef Nick knows food safety and food processing well. Having worked in corporate dining, hotel and resort, and fine dining environments, Chef Nick also has experience in catering, product development, and leadership.
Chef Nick has a Master of Business Administration from Harding University, plus a bachelor's degree in professional studies and an associate degree in culinary arts—both from The Culinary Institute of America.
